1. Who we are
edgar(“we”, “us”) operates this site. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit, why, and how you can request changes or deletion.
2. What we collect
Information you submit directly: when you email us via the contact page, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the message you send. We do not collect this information any other way.
Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and uptime monitoring. These logs are retained per the provider’s standard policy and are not used for marketing.
Analytics: if analytics is configured, we record anonymized page views and traffic source. We do not combine this with identifying information. You can opt out via your browser’s do-not-track setting where supported.
3. How we use it
Email content reaches us only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We retain enquiry email for the active correspondence plus 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies our hosting and analytics providers set by default. We do not run advertising networks or remarketing pixels. A cookie banner will appear if and when local law requires explicit consent for the analytics setup in use.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. Email hello@edgar.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. Changes
When this policy changes we update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes get a notice on the home page for 30 days.
